Invitation Letter for Visa Purposes
If you require a personal letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa to attend the Novel Enzymes 2018 conference, please contact the conference management trough the contact form. An invitation letter will only be provided to participants who have registered and paid the registration fees in full.
Participants who need an official invitation letter a should provide:
1. Their Date of Birth and
2. Your Nationality
3. Their passport number with which they will travel to Germany
4. Your current home address
Please note that the conference organizers cannot contact or intervene with any German Embassy or Consulate office on your behalf, so please begin your visa application as soon as you decide that you want to attend the Novel Enzymes 2018. It is recommended to apply for a visa at least 3 months in advance of the conference and do not buy tickets unless you have a visa. We cannot guarantee that you will be issued a visa.
Invitation letters for visa purposes are sent by e-mail.
The Letter of Invitation does not financially obligate the conference organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the conference and to obtaining a visa are the sole responsibility of the attendee. The conference organizers do not accept any responsibility for travel, accommodation and/or other costs incurred due to the rejection of a participant’s visa application.
Should the VISA application be denied or not approved in time to attend the event, Novel Enzymes 2018 will refund the full registration fee only if the participant provides the Novel Enzymes 2018 Registration Secretariat with an official document from the concerned Embassy/Consulate rejecting the visa and that the application was submitted in due time. Please note that a notification sent to Novel Enzymes 2018 after the event will not be accepted for cost reimbursement.
